Hadith Search

How does the search work?

Our search uses AI semantic understanding — not keyword matching. Type a concept or question in any language and the AI finds hadiths whose meaning matches your intent.

What languages can I search in?

English, Urdu, Arabic, and most major languages. The multilingual model understands meaning across languages.

What do the match percentages mean?

Scores above 75% are highly relevant; 50–75% are thematically related. The minimum threshold is 35%.

Search Modes

• Single Query — one query across all 7 collections
• Multi Query — up to 3 queries simultaneously
• Locate Hadith — Collection → Book → Number navigation
• Hadith of the Day — rotates daily at IST midnight
• Laguage distribution —The database has english translations across all 7 collections.
• Urdu translations are limited as of now with around 85% from Sahih-Al-Bukhari & 55% from Abu-Dawood.
• More Urdu Translations in future?—We will conitnue to add more Urdu translations Insha Allah.
